1. 人作主语用ed，物作主语ing

The movies is boring. I am bored.

The story is interesting. I am interested in it.

2. be excited about 对……感到兴奋

3. already 通常用在肯定句中，变为否定句和疑问句时，改成 yet

I have already finished my homework.

I haven’t finished my homework yet.

3. What’s the matter with ... ?

What’s the problem with ? = What’s the trouble with... ?

What’s wrong with ....? What happened to ... ?

4. It doesn’t matter 没有关系。应答I’m sorry的

5. hurt ---hurt --hurt

6. miss doing 错过做某事

7. mind doing 介意做某事

Do you mind my opening the door? No, not at all. 一点也不， of course not

8. plenty of 许多，大量 = lots of 后接可数名词或不可数名词

9. beat sb in 在某方面打败某人 win 后比赛，奖品

4. the +比较级， the 比较级 The more you eat , the fatter you will be.

5. 比较级+and + 比较级 taller and taller , more and more beautiful.

6. 修饰比较的： much, a lot , a little , a bit , any , even, still , far

7. of all / of the three 最高级

8. one of + the 最高级 +复数名词作主语时，谓语用单数

9. 同类相比
